Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is unworn and in resalable condition.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
